Most surgical procedures lead to a short stay in the hospital and then a transfer to a rehabilitation center or back to home.

Our caregivers, Certified Nursing Assistants and Certified Home Health Aides are trained on the proper techniques for moving a client. We can assist whether a client uses a wheelchair, walker, cane, or if the client is independent, but requires safety monitoring.

The services we can provide including help with bathing, dressing, meal preparation, medication reminders, light housekeeping and companionship. Our caregivers also assist with transportation to medical appointments and provide support and encouragement to clients receiving physical or occupational therapy.

If a surgery date is approaching, call At Home Care Solution at 888-634-8004 for a no-cost, in-home assessment. We'll work with the doctor. Surgeon or nurse case manager to make sure the right supportive care is in place upon discharge. Even after surgery, we work closely with nursing and rehabilitation centers to make sure quality home care is in place before the patient is sent home.
