Our proprietary training, designed by leading experts in geriatrics and in-home care, is a requirement for all new hires. In addition, our caregivers must continue to improve their skills by completing 10 hours of continuing education per year.

At Home Care Solution partners with the Alzheimer's Association to instruct our employees on positive communication strategies and how to improve their relationships with their clients. Just as important, they learn what not to do and how to cope with difficult behaviors.

In addition, we stress superior customer service and have a reward program for those who excel at service. Caregivers also must pass written exams related to proper body mechanics, compassionate personal care, helping clients with wheelchairs, walkers and crutches, as well as best practices for infection control.
