All applicants must pass a thorough criminal background check, which includes local, state and federal records in all areas where the applicant has lived for the past 7 years. We require clean driving records.

LVN’s and RN’s must have a license in good standing, must pass a physical exam, drug screening and skills exam.

All applicants to At Home Nursing Care must be able to lift  up to 75 pounds and be comfortable standing, bending and/or kneeling for extended periods.  We provide San Diego in home care and also staffing for exceptional health organizations across San Diego.

Potential employees who pass our initial screening must also attend an orientation and training program and must be willing to participate in 10 hours of continuing education each year.

We require proof that the employee is free of Tuberculosis.

Certified Nursing Assistants and Home Health Aides are encouraged to apply.  We are also willing to provide training to dedicated individuals who wish to improve the lives of our elderly or disabled clients.
