At Home Care Solution is always looking for honest, caring and dedicated individuals committed to the highest standards of client care. All applicants must pass a thorough criminal background check, which includes local, state and federal records in all areas where the applicant has lived for the past 7 years. We require clean driving records.

Applicants must be able to lift 75 pounds and be comfortable standing, bending and/or kneeling for extended periods.

Potential employees who pass our initial screening must also attend an orientation and training program and must be willing to participate in 10 hours of continuing education each year.

We require proof that the employee is free of Tuberculosis.

Certified Nursing Assistants and Home Health Aides are encouraged to apply. We are also willing to provide training to dedicated individuals who wish to improve the lives of our elderly or disabled clients.
